課程概述 |
This course will cover some topics on the advanced semiconductor technology for both electronics and optical-electronics. The content of the course can be separated into two parts: (1) Advanced nano-scale semiconductor technology and (2) Optical-electronic semiconductor technology. The students who want to take this course need to have basic knowledge in semiconductor process technology.

This course is designed for the students to gain the knowledge of current technologies used in the semiconductor and optoelectronic industry. It will cover some topics on the advanced semiconductor technology for both electronics and optical-electronics. The content of the course can be separated into two parts: (1) Advanced nano-scale semiconductor technology and (2) Optical-electronic semiconductor technology. The students who want to take this course need to have basic knowledge in device physics and semiconductor process technology. |
